Seftigen District Mountain Vacations

Neues modernes Hotel mit sehr sauberem Zimmer und sehr gutem Frühstück.

We never saw a single employee. There also was not a phone or way to contact staff if we needed help. The room was clean, but the bed was extremely hard, I was in pain for days after sleeping on it. I would not recommend.

My 2nd time visiting this hotel. The service is still impeccable on every aspects. My favorite is the spa facility with a view that’s quite unique at the open outdoor area.

So beautiful! Would stay again!

Arrived and found no restaurant open, no bar open, no room service. Told to go out and go to local restaurants for food, which turned out to be full. I realise things have to close sometimes but no communication that there would none of these, when i booked. So I booked a 5 star hotel, with a 1 star experience. I definitely won’t be staying ever again or recommending to anyone. Unacceptable, there’s plenty of alternatives of lovely hotels nearby. One would have thought have at least they would offer a complimentary breakfast, but no.
