Personnel at the bar was very friendly. At the reception desk, my arrival was spotless. I was more disappointed by the service at check out.

Hotel design, bien pensé.

Called ahead and was told room would be ready in 20-30 mins. When we got there we were told it wasn’t ready now and we had to wait an hour longer. We paid for a Mountain View and waited for a high floor, the AC was broken in that room so the front desk moved us to a different room that ended up not being a Mountain View. We refused that room and were eventually given another room on a low floor that had the view of a roof and AC unit. The robe was dirty with a mud footprint on it and the slippers had self tanner and long hair all over them. The iron in the room was also messed up with plastic melted on the bottom that would have ruined our cloths if we didn’t notice first. After telling the front desk all of this, they offered no compensation or adjustments and just kind of ignored it. Front desk staff in general didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Very high expectations for this hotel and none were met. Would never stay there again. Shout out to the guy who helped the first night though. He already did his best to make something work for us.

We recently stayed at The Arrabelle during a special Colorado trip with my elderly parents. The property itself is beautiful, the location in Vail is excellent, and the front desk staff were courteous and genuinely tried to help when we raised our concerns. Unfortunately, our assigned room did not match the expectations created by the room photos used during booking. While I understand that hotels use representative images and room assignments vary, our room overlooked an enclosed courtyard and neighboring buildings with virtually no view or privacy. It felt much darker and more enclosed than the bright, open rooms shown in the listing. Another challenge was the unusually high beds. My elderly mother had significant difficulty getting in and out of bed, which made the stay less comfortable for her. We asked if another room was available, but the hotel was fully booked, so we understand there was little the staff could do at that point. My biggest suggestion would be for the hotel to provide clearer information about room views or offer room categories based on the view (courtyard, village, mountain, etc.). That would help guests choose the experience they're expecting and avoid disappointment. The hotel itself is lovely, and the service was polite. I simply wish the room we received had better reflected the experience presented during booking.

came for a convention in June. found the location to be good... walking distance from a convienience store and a few solid reatos and fast food spots. lobby was conducive to chatting and hanging out. rooms were standard but very clean. front of house staff were excellent and helpful.
