great location, clean and unique rooms and super friendly staff! Downsides: Elevators broke leaving just 1 which was small and slow. I chose to walk up 10 flights of stairs rather than wait 30 minutes. Bathroom sink water was dangerously hot and didn't get warm, it was either cold or burned you. This is on me for not realizing sooner but there wasn't really any amenities. No pool, hot tub, games, outdoor seating area and what they did have, breakfast, you had to pay for. All in all, it was a great stay however next time I will spend a little extra money for amenities.

The rooms are HUGE and the property is beautiful! Everything you need and more.

A beautiful stay, from start to finish. From the view to the staff to the food to the rooms, we loved our time at Hotel Polaris.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Cliff House. There was construction happening all around the front of the hotel and throughout the inside as well, and I was never made aware of it when booking. When paying a higher rate for a stay, guests should at least have the option to know about major construction beforehand. It really affected the overall experience. On top of that, the staff was not the friendliest or most welcoming. Overall, not the experience I expected.

We only stayed for 1 night I was so impressed with the front desk! So kind and thoughtful for our anniversary as well as the amenities... we got unexpected snow and they helped us have a fantastic night! The architecture was stunning, the room was beautiful and the convenience of train station was perfect!

Perfect location if you are attending a game at Coors Field. Friendly staff and lots of places to eat. Walking distance to union station which couldn’t be more convenient. Would highly recommend

Not only was the location and amenities excellent, but the host was spectacular. Never have stayed at a location where the hosting was inviting as he is. Would stay there again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

We will stay again. It is conveniently located, comfortable, and the hospitality was marvelous. We were lucky enough to park in the driveway of the carriage house. Street parking may be challenging. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and tasty.
