Great location

We travelled to Glasgow for a concert and thought it would be easier to stay over than try and get home. The hotel was so nice, really central very clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. It’s so nice to have a hotel room that has hard floors rather than carpets and doesn’t have the scatter cushions and throws on the bed. Will definitely be back at this hotel.

Great location! Really nice hotel, the stair and lift lobby are so cool and well restored! Staff we nice. We didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were at the commonwealth games. Bed and bedding was comfy. Air con worked well. Only marked it down because inside the room there was only a tiny metal table for the tea and coffee and the side tables for the bed were so low. Basically there wasn't a decent surface in the room. We had trouble with the TV. The channels didnt work and the casting didn't work. Wasn't too bothered as we were there much. Would be good to get an additional sound proof on the window but I appreciate the windows are huge! The noise from the pub on the corner was annoying but it's a city centre so noise expected!

We had a wonderful stay at Marine Hotel.

I recently stayed at Cameron House and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel. There were spider webs in the room, and we even found spiders inside, which made the stay uncomfortable and gave the impression that the room had not been properly inspected before our arrival. Dinner was another letdown. While the food itself tasted good, the service was poor. It was slow, disorganized, and inattentive. Our soup was almost forgotten entirely, and we had to remind the staff before it was finally brought out. Throughout the meal, it was difficult to get anyone’s attention, and the overall dining experience felt far below the standard the hotel promotes. For the price and reputation of Cameron House, I expected much better attention to detail, cleanliness, and customer service. The property itself is beautiful, but these issues took away from what should have been a relaxing and memorable stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns, as the hotel has great potential but currently falls short of the level of service guests are paying for.

Beautiful hotel, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet and the seating areas around the hotel were relaxing.
