The corner suite was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the city and water. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all professional and courteous. The spa area was a bit disappointing—I was hoping to schedule a restorative treatment, but after visiting the spa floor, I decided to pass. The atmosphere wasn’t inviting, and the steam room was completely unusable—it smelled like mildew and old socks. I did inform the staff, so hopefully it will be sanitized and resolved for future guests. Everything else was lovely.

Excellent location as it is walking distance to Pike Market and all the eateries there as well as the boardwalk by the ocean. The staff is very helpful, polite, and welcoming. The AC in the room wasn’t working properly so the staff moved us to a nicer room where the AC worked perfectly.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were most helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location for attending an event at Benaroya Hall.

I loved staying at this hotel! It is quite literally a 10 minute walk from Pike Place, the rooftop lounge was so awesome. Staff was very friendly and check in was quick. A bit sketchy that they informed us at check in not to stand on the balcony for too long as they are old, and I was told we would be upgraded for free to a bigger room but then they ended up taking it back saying that they misspoke, Other than that, this was a great stay, I would definitely book again,
