Clean, great customer service. Most importantly we felt safe. Would definitely stay again and again!!

Loved it so perfect for a calm vibe in Negril. Came for my 22nd birthday.

The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.

The only concern I had was failure to follow the allergy list for meals.

I liked that the location of the resort and it was well maintained however, I wasn't pleased with the room. Upon our arrival, the remote to the TV was missing, the robes were missing, no wash clothes were in the room and the dispenser in the shower was hand soap and conditioner vs shampoo and conditioner. The safe didn't work and you had to leave the balcony door open for the AC to go off. The room was freezing and you can't control the temperature. Staff was great. Food was ok. The steak restaurant and Pepe's were the best. I saw a roach in the sports bar and the Rose Hall. 😭 Overall experience was a 4, I won't not stay there again.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

The view from the hotel room was a beautiful sea view. The room was clean, lovely, with comfortable bed and pillows, the water pressure was great. The buffet food was amazing but the specialty restaurants were mediocre. The buffet has plenty of options. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach and pool so no need to get up early to secure one. There are plenty of staff and servers. However, with the exception of a few staff, most staff are not friendly, don’t say hello or greet you in passing or when serving, don’t smile or make eye contact when speaking with the guests and have a bit of an attitude when you ask them questions. Otherwise, we had a great time and enjoy ourselves. I think as a country that relies heavily on tourism, they need to train their staff and educate the general public on the importance of tourism as their main industry and the importance of being polite, courteous and friendly to tourists.
