Everything is ok

The hotel suited our needs, however, it is not walkable to downtown St. John's if that's important to anyone. The room was a little tight for 5 of us, but it was clean and comfortable.

Front desk staff very helpful, we booked a family suite. This is not a suite....big room. 1 room with 2 double beds but no door. Other double bed in other room. Only furniture was a desk with coffee machine and small fridge (very small) and microwave. Small desk and a portable closet. Rest was empty space. In suites usually have kitchen with some dishes, full size fridge and table for eating at. This is not a suite. Pool area great. Breakfast very good.

Staff,food,location and room was very clean. The shower was an issue with the stream vacillating between very hot and cold even after care to make it warm before entering.
