All the amenities we used (pool, hot tub, fitness center) were well maintained and in very good condition. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and there were nice touches like bathrobes. Spa and restaurants were a little pricey for what you get, but the location and facilities were very good.

The room was missing a trash bin, we had to go down to the reception to recycle our empty water bottles. I also noticed one of the passages leading to the exit was dusty with paper and leaves strewn. The room itself was pretty big. Everything else was as described.

I like the staff but the hotel was my worst experience because of bedbugs and no one care when you ask to speak to the manager he was not there to see and never call or anything
