The staff was great! But, I called a few hours after i checked out to report that i left my coat in my room, was told that they will follow up on their housekeeping ! No one called me back! So dissapointed on how they handle the situation!

They sold us a “four‑star hotel,” but what we walked into was a joke. The room wasn’t clean, the bathroom ceiling was literally leaking, and the whole place felt neglected. We checked in, took one look, and left in under an hour. The way this place was advertised feels like a straight‑up scam.
