After a very stressful and uncomfortable experience at another hotel in Austin the night before that prompted me to check out and find somewhere else to stay, staying at Hotel ZaZa Austin was exactly what I needed.
From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, calm, and well cared for. The room was spotless—truly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in—and beautifully designed. It struck the perfect balance of stylish and comfortable.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens felt fresh and high quality, and the temperature was perfectly controlled. It was quiet, relaxing, and made it easy to fully rest and recharge.
You can tell this hotel takes pride in both cleanliness and guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful clean hotel. Amazing staff upon arrival and throughout stay. Room had a nice view and was beautifully designed. Pool water did look a little dirty, but had a beautiful view of the city building around. 9/10
