Their amenities description says they have A/C and luggage storage, these were the reasons I picked this hotel, what they had instead was a fan in the room and temperature in the room was 28 C, so had to open the room’s window, but then bugs were coming inside. The bathroom was covered in mold all over the ceiling and the shower had mold in most of the grout. The carpet of the room was very dirty and the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. The luggage storage was just me leaving our luggage next to the front desk and not in any actual storage, when I came back to get something out of it, there was no one at the front desk, so anyone could have taken our luggage. I would not stay here if you are looking to have A/C, a comfy bed, a clean looking bathroom and room and not spend the night getting bugs off of you due to having the window open to have some sort of possible comfortable sleeping temperature.

Staff were so welcoming. Room was clean, bathroom was recently updated and had a/c which was so nice with abnormally higher temps. The hotel fit the look of the city and was yet modern in the room. They offered laundering service which was so helpful. Hotel was very walkable to the numerous cafe’s. Great place would recommend to book here.

The standard room felt cramped in the attic space, otherwise fine.

No air conditioning, which probably doesn’t matter in the North of France very often, but we happened to be there for the hottest day on record in France. The linens we clean, but the surfaces in the room were dusty, maybe because there was no choice but to leave the windows constantly open. They make a big deal about being ecologically responsible by not washing towels daily, but they leave no space for a towel rack for them to properly dry.

The food was simply amazing (1 Star Michelin). Breakfast was self serve and with a wide variety of food options. The building itself is under a bit of renovation for the spa however.

We enjoyed our stay. Large and comfortable rooms. The beach view is fantastic.
