Very clean room. Great location. I would stay again. It only dropped a rating from me, because they only provided two coffees (1 per person), the tv didn't work (no signal) and the check-in progress was a bit too long and the staff could of been friendlier and more helpful. But I would go again and it's perfect for couples.

Stay at this hotel on a regular occurrence. Rooms always clean, comfy beds, staff always helpful, meals are to a good standard and have a good selection. Like the pool, gym and spa facilities offered here and always try to make the most of them. Having a fridge in the room is always handy, and good having a coffee maker in the room as well. If you enjoy omelettes for breakfast you can have these on quieter days, when it’s busy it’s just the buffet however there is loads of choice. The only disappointing feature I’ve encountered here recently is how much the overnight car parking charges have raised as it’s now double what it used to cost.

Pleasant stay but black hairs in bath, crack in sink. No onsite parking even though message sent before stay asking about parking to be told there was on site parking this was actually in multi storey which cost £36
