Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

This hotel comes with a 300 year old parking space, that alone is worth visiting. They also offer classic car ride. There is a newly built building, and an older one, either one if fine to stay in, just make sure you get a room facing Merano to get a beautiful morning & night view.

Exelente hotel ubicado con comunicación directa a las aguas termales. El hotel en muy buenas condiciones, el desayuno muy variado y la fruta muy fresca. La Habitación pague un upgrade a una suite muy espaciosa y cómoda. Recomiendo el hotel para descansar, relajarse, hacerse masajes y disfrutar del bello paisaje que lo rodea.

Old and old farm family house that needs major renovations. The room was spacious but the entire premises were filled with junk new and old that had nothing in common. Lovely location. Staff was friendly.
