Extremely friendly and very gracious. It was an amazing stay and definitely worth staying if you’re wanting a very nice hotel in the centre. It took about 5/10 minutes to walk form the hotel to all the shops. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Hotel with a amazing Service

Well appointed apartment, really pleasant building. Great beds, very quiet at night. Lovely neighbourhood with possibly some of the best coffee going. Spoilt for choice for decent places to eat also. Wonderful base for exploring Holešovice, City Centre and the surrounding areas. Tram stops practically outside. Only criticism is the check in, as building is unstaffed relies heavily on kiosk and clear information. Kiosk is easy enough to use, once you get the hang of it, but doesn't have the most user friendly interface. Information printed on walls is incorrect, use the entire reference given (not ten digits as indicated).

Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel in a great location for landmarks, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.

Best location ever! Transportation right there. Manager was very very nice. No hot water for shower but they did get some of it to work before we left. We would stay there again.

Great hotel and amenities. Perfect location

Amazing hotel! Everything was spotless, the rooms were extremely clean, the bathroom was great and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we loved that coffee was available anytime. The location is excellent – you can easily walk everywhere (around 30–40 minutes to most attractions), which made exploring Prague so easy. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
