Room spacious and clean. Lovely staff team. Near to tram stop. Good value.

Made a booking error but staff were excellent and helped me rectify. Lovely location but make sure you park in multi storey as it is expensive otherwise.

Hand towel was the only issue for the room. Everything was spotless apart from the hand towel. Room was big and bathroom was freshly renovated. The communication could be better, we had to txt first to get the code to get in, this should be sent out the day before, especially for those travelling a long distance like us. Aside from that I have no complaints and it wouldn’t stop me going back.

We had amazing time at the hotel due to extraordinarily great customer service by the staff. We were checked in nicely with extra help by the receptionist (I am forgetting her name- Liam?) She was helpful. She let me use one of the meeting rooms at 2.00 pm for an office meeting over Zoom as we waited for the check-in at 3.00 pm And then Michelle took over the duties and she was the best hotel staff ever. Michelle was brilliant, she helped me in making sure that my wife's birthday at the hotel was celebrated in the best possible manner. She arranged for the candles for her birthday cake, got the flowers delivered to our room. She was so pleasant and a delight to deal with. She wore her smile all the time and was wholeheartedly trying to make our stay a great experience. Thanks Michelle for everything! Would love to stay again!

Went on a day trip of Anfield so was convenient location. Place was clean and had parking.

Very nice room, friendly staff and quiet room, would benefit from AC, but no complaints.

Fantastic place! The grounds are amazing! We stayed for 2 nights our wedding anniversary in the Gingerbread House. Wonderful! Very spacious and lovely bed! Power shower too! The food here is also amazing as are the staff. Can't do enough for you. Will definitely go again and can't recommend enough!
