9.8/10 Exceptional! (2,143 reviews)
The room was very clean, and the staff at the main reception desk downstairs were extremely polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop bar was a little disappointing. The lady working there wasn’t very helpful or attentive, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Very clean and comfortable and located closely to the Madrid IFEMA convention centre. Easy access to central Madrid on the Metro Line 8 (Feria de Madrid metro station located next to the hotel). The staff were extremely friendly, informative and efficient.

This hotel is new, rooms are nice, the staff attentive and close to Atocha train station. The only strange thing is the sink outside the bathroom next to the minibar and the closet

Everything was great but just one thing it doesn’t have a tv with streaming services available. These days that’s necessary. We had to watch spanish soap operas.
