No AC and the refrigerator didn’t work. Also, only one ice bucket for the all of the hotel. And no laundry facilities as listed there was. Had to be sent out for maid service to do for you.

Very close to the Schipol Airport and provided a really good night prior to early next morning departure. Provision of Airport Shuttle service made it a breeze to do transfers. Would recommend the Hotel looking for a convenient pre departure overnight stay.

The room feels very dark and dated, and it does not seem to be well maintained. The furniture is heavily stained, which makes it uncomfortable to sit on. I also prefer a shower over a bathtub, especially here, since it is difficult to get in and out of.

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.
