Me sentí muy incómoda porque al llegar me hicieron un downgrade de la habitacion y simplemente me dijeron que eso es lo que había, mas o menos qje de malas. Servicio al cliente bien precario. Logré al final lo que me merecía pero habria preferido desde el principio que me trataran como corresponde tratar a un cliente

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location within the Walled City! The greenery around the courtyard and pool area was gorgeous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also loved Época restaurant attached. Highly recommend!

Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Estelar Cartagena fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos todo fue perfecto. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular al mar, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial.
El área del lobby es hermosa y muy elegante, y la piscina con esa vista al mar simplemente increíble. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de Cartagena.
Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Raúl, Alfonso, Juan y Mildreth por todas sus atenciones y por hacer nuestra experiencia aún más especial.
¡Definitivamente volveríamos!
