This boutique hotel was beautiful, well kept, clean and had the kindest staff

Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful! Jairo and Eduardo were absolutely wonderful. I was greeted with a fruit drink upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was superb. There were so many delicious fresh fruits and juices. The hotel is beautifully maintained with on-site security in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I absolutely loved this property and the Amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great spa, laundry and room services. The pool on rooftop with 360 view was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay, it was very serene and comfortable with great staff who helped us get around to all the fun outings around Cartagena and the islands. Tia is a fabulous cook and Jose and Akil were always very helpful with any of our needs or planning day trips. The Tiny Village was perfect for our needs. If you want a community feel with great attentive staff this is your place!

Blimey, what a spot. Absolutely stellar stay. You’re right on the beachfront, which is ideal for pretending you're in a movie until a wave hits your ankles. The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss. Honestly, 10/10, would willingly risk the sunburn to stay here again.
