Fantastic stay

Everything was nice. Well priced I just wish they had a larger selection for room service. Other than that everything was good.

L’hôtel est situé en front de mer, une belle plage de sable mais malheureusement celle-ci n’est privée. Il y avait beaucoup de monde lors de notre séjour ce qui rendait la baignade plus difficile.

Everything was nice. Well priced I just wish they had a larger selection for room service. Other than that everything was good.

The AC was messed regardless of two technicians’ visit. The temperature would not go below 25C even though it was set to 20C for over 24hrs. The shower can use some deep cleaning. The edges seal are black with dirt and black mold ( always the case on all of my visits) The pools are dirty. They all have very large decay ( tiles that came off). The grouts are disgustingly moldy. The pool’s condition was the most chocking part of my visit. There has been an improvement on the staff client service skills.

Our stay was nice overall, though we had some maintenance issues in the room which were quickly addressed, except for the old and visibly dirty AC unit in the room and the flimsy door lock solution which are not acceptable at this price point. The grounds were clean; the pool was well maintained; the buffet was excellent. However, the entire hotel wifi was down during our entire stay due to a "network upgrade" which is also unacceptable for any half decent hotel.

This was a really lovely stay. Feels like a secret gem on the West African coast. Hotel guests were predominantly Black Africans but also I would say 25-33% were white Francophone people. We felt taken care of by the staff, especially the dining staff (and the hall head directrice, who always greeted guests and remembers families). The food options and quality were also great. The best part was the surrounding and care for the property (gardens, etc). Loved loved the peaceful beach side and cabanas. Not so great: at the end of our stay, I got an email stating our checkout times (later than typical but great since we had late flights and booked hotel airport transfers that I had paid for). The times were at our transfer times. But shortly before, a previously pleasant housekeeper got short with us because I think she was being asked to clean our rooms and get us out. The lady at the front desk (seems senior) was unaware of the email and asked us to check out, at the desk, she also acted as if the rides were not paid and I had to login to my bank to show them at the front desk. They do not keep great digital records and are very old school (ledgers and calculators). This made an otherwise 10/10 trip annoying. They also need to upgrade their bathrooms and put air vents in their bathrooms. There is great AC in rooms. I would still recommend this place.
