great variety on the menus. we enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is related to the loud conversations of our neighbors on the balcony two days and also a couple were sitting by the fire pits while they were on a phone call that they put on speaker. These incidents made our time relaxing on the balcony less enjoyable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Our room was a good size however there were some stains in the carpet and once we had to ask for washcloths that housekeeping forget to replace. although when we reach out to get more they brought them up to us The water pressure in the shower was weak. At times we had to go look for towels at the pool and the service at the pool was hit or miss for those reasons we give 4 stars vs 5 stars. The shuttle to downtown Key West was great and the drivers were fantastic!

Outside building was great. Could improve with room maintenace. Our room was ocean view, but toilet fil valve was broken, and takes 30 minutes wait to flush. Window frame paint was peeling. Otherwise its a great place.

We had the best time while in Key West. This property has so much charm. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. The whole vibe of the resort reminded me of resorts in Mexico. We can’t wait to come back soon!

This place is absolutely amazing. We’ll return for sure. Don’t miss it!

Music and laughter conversations during night until 5am. Nobody in front desk. Next time call the police, dont wait for someone at the property to help.
