Puerto Rico Island Mountain Vacations

Excelente hotel, tienes todo en un mismo lugar, perfecto para relajarse y pasarla bien!!

Clean room

The staff were extremely nice and helpful . The hotel is on the older side and can use some upgrading !!!! The pool and swim up bar is cool . It’s ridiculous the time the pool closes especially considering how expensive the stay is !!! I purchased a drink from the inside bar it was $15 and taste like juice !!!! The drinks at the swim up were better . I hate the joining rooms my neighbors were so loud so late I couldn’t sleep the hotel staff did end up accommodating me and changing my room to a non connected door at the end of the hallway on a different floor so thank God for that ! The pool is extremely boring it’s beyond ridiculous that they wouldn’t have music going like other hotels in the proximity !

Hilton Ponce continues to be a great location to relax and enjoy your day with family. The place is currently doing some renovations in the breakfast area of ‘La Terraza ‘ and in the west side thus the unexpected drilling noise early in the morning and through the day can be a bit annoying. Nevertheless their friendly staff do their best to assist you so you can enjoy your stay.

The property was well maintained and appointed nicely. Most staff members were polite, not particularly helpful or friendly. There was a lack of communication: no welcome email or text, no reminders about on-site events or activities. Lastly, there’s a cost for everything including late check out at $25 an hour. There were few courtesy requests that were honored. I probably wouldn’t stay again.
