Clean room and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was great but the food

Very good value. Nice to have room cleaned every day, don’t see that anymore. Grounds and staff were very nice and had some great food at the r Restaurant.

The room was very clean. The staff were super nice. The location was great and the other folks staying there seemed friendly as well. I’d go back.

I was under the impression that all of the hotel fees were included in our price through Expedia. When we arrived, I found out that there were additional daily charges of $65.00 for "amenities" and $50.00 for parking. Those fees really added up. We paid for a room with a balcony. Our first night, as we were going to bed, we found bugs in both beds. Maintenance said they were very small ants. He asked what we wanted to do, and we told him we couldn't sleep in a bed with bugs. They moved us to a downgraded room in which the heat didn't work. The room itself was okay. The resort is nice, and in a great location, but overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

This place is amazing! The property is beautiful and quiet. The pool area was clean and well cared for. Our room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was kind and always helpful. We would definitely go back.

Said there was beach There is no beach Our initial flight was cancelled we re-rebooked for two days later The hotel would not refund the 2 nights We will reach out again to Expedia but hotel is. also very difficult to reach a live person
