Rated three stars by us due to answere to questions about services in the area, laundry and money change, being innaccurate or outdated; and 2) no ice available for room other than room service 8 euro plus 15 euro tax" per policy. This fee applied to ice taken out of restaurant too. Ridiculous. It is a nice basic 4 star hotel.

Great experience at 138, we would love to stay there again were we to head back to Lisbon in the future.

Clean and easy to navigate the city

This was our first stay in Lisbon and the Vintage suited us very well indeed. It’s in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of good restaurants and shops, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and accommodating. Our room (403) was well-sized, particularly for Europe, had good views, good closet space, and while only steps from the rooftop bar, good sound proofing.

I said it before and I will say it again. This is hands down my favorite hotel in the world! Don’t know what it is? Staff - check, view - check, location - check. As my older son said this hotel has the best view from the gym and running track that you could even imagine. Special kudos to front desk staff. Professional, courteous and lovely

We only stayed for one night before leaving Lisbon. The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. Be aware, if you wish to open the window, the hotel is on the flight path and planes roll over every 3-5 minutes. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast is disappointing. Crepes were cold and rubbery and hot food is not hot. Good selection of fruit.
