Staff not friendly. Very dry. Just ok stay. Bed was comfortable but ac was not working well.

The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge

I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!

Awesome stay, me and my girlfriend loved the room and the views were amazing ! swimming pool and lazy river was outstanding for a weekend getaway

Great hotel in downtown Houston

It is beautiful hotel, I love the bar area and coffee shop.coffee is tasty and I love it.staffs in the front desk are friendly and welcoming.especially the Turkish man is most welcome and helpful. I will come back if I had a chance .

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean , spacious beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to the baseball field and local dining.

The elevator is not working properly. Breakfast is not ready for many people.
