we had a great experience. Everyone was so nice. It was convenient to the beach and also to go to the other side to the Bayside. It’s a beautiful hotel. The management and staff were very nice and gracious and helpful coffee spot on location. Pools were heated and wonderful I recommend.

the hotel seemed dated, the staff was wonderful especially the bellmen and housekeepers. the noise from outside the hotel was borderline unacceptable and I was on the 11th floor. I had to double check the window to see if it was open at first.
