Hot tub did not work and management was unconcerned

Been to this resort every year for years. We usually don’t eat on property except for Signature (amazing) and pool side. This time we decided to stay on property and to be honest not impressed at all. We skipped big breakfast and ate at Henrietta’s not good at all!! Lunch time we ate at Spitfire and had a sandwich. Service was very slow. The sandwich was good except for all the oil saturated on the bread. Dinner we ate Mexican, not impressed at all. I truly feel for the top notch hotel i feel it is the food should be also

Room and location of property was good. Gym was really small. My water kept getting cold while I was showering, which was really annoying. Lots of things to do in the hotel. Pool was really cool.

Nice location, friendly staff, room was okay but not as clean as I am used to from previous stays there. Had to wait an hour past Check-in time for room to be ready- not worth the almost $500 we paid for one night stay (with valet parking).

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated at both the river walk and reasonable walking distance from the convention center. There is a french bakery across the street, the hotel has decent restaurants, and there are great places to eat and steakhouses nearby. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the first I was supposed to get there, the hotel was overbooked and I had to spend the night in a very shady motel they booked for me. Otherwise, had a fantastic stay.

Yes, poolside was amazing. Food was great!

Even though it was super crowded due to spring break, we did receive excellent service from the staff. We would be definitely be coming back
