Terrible service at the front desk and from the bell staff, both at check-in and check-out. We did not receive any help from anyone with our luggage.
We arrived in a rental car, and no one ever explained that accessing the hotel from the parking area would be quite an ordeal. We had to carry all our luggage without an elevator and take it up several floors.
A truly disappointing experience. The service and attention were far below what we expected. Definitely a place I would not return to or recommend.

It has been a great experience staying at the Sheraton. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, it is definitely a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guayaquil.
