The hotel was perfect for our needs. We spent one day/night in Evora exploring and the hotel was in a great location. Parking is very limited if you have a rental but we did find some in the plaza behind the hotel .
The room was well appointed and pretty spacious for Europe . All areas were clean and my husband and daughter enjoyed the rooftop pool (not heated ). The breakfast (included ) was absolutely wonderful .
I’d definitely stay there again and recommend this property without hesitation .

Other than extremely difficult and confusing arrangement of passage ways inside the hotel, our stay was very good. Fantastic bed, shower room, and view from our balcony. Excellent breakfast, easy registration and checkout added to our satisfaction. But that maze of hallways pulls our review down a notch.

The place is nice but in need of refurbishment as some of the aspects of room and the interior pool area are a little dated. The interior pool was not heated as expected and the breakfast on 1st day was not as expected as they decided to not serve the buffet and so only one member for staff to bring request to all guests ended up being a bit chaotic. Its a nice enough place but for price I think they should have done better and need a bit of upkeep.
