We stayed here because we had a flight the next day out of Heathrow. The staff were attentive, and kind. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was perfect. Very quiet, couldn't hear the airport or fellow travelers. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We were put in the annexe, something that should be advertised as this is misleading, you are not in the actual main building. Room was okay, however, no net curtain on the window so we couldn't open the curtains because the public using the gym and courts could see us getting changed etc. No privacy at all!!! Hilton Syon Park is a great place to stay, when visiting all the great attractions in west London. The welcoming staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas, particularly the breakfast service. Great choice on offer too. If you like aeroplanes you'll love the frequency of the Heathrow-bound jets. Didn't bother us, as the glazing in the rooms is very good. Rooms are very spacious, but the decor is a little tired and there are some light switch functions that no longer work, but this didn't spoil our short stay. Thoroughly recommend.

I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money.

Dining prices are obscene. Way too costly and just pushed me away from eating at the hotel. The hotel is not in the centre of London, it is next to a noisy airport!!
