The bathroom was impressively clean! Love the unique decor of the halls, rooms and lobby! Walls are a bit on the thin side but luckily most neighbors were pretty quiet at night!

Room was recently renovated and it was excellent. Very comfortable.

Not sure if it's just a busy time with the legislature in session, but overall, it seemed like staffing was low and the quality overall has declined. Lots of "I don't know"... it was hard just to get change made for tips. Staff was friendly and helpful, but limited with solutions. After being awake at 4am from noise upstairs, no one answered the front desk phone until hours later. I was also told to run the shower for 20minutes so it could get hot for a shower. The location is ideal for work purposes, I just hope the next stay is better...

Room was clean and stocked with supplies. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced for their buffet. We enjoyed the indoor pool! Thank you for a great stay.

Standouts were the staff, Chas my concierge greeted us at the door, handled our bags, placed them in the room, got us ice, and made sure our needs were met, Ketunde the receptionist was in training, yet she was exceptionally professional and welcoming, easy conversation making us feel at home, the host, and our waiters at the lounge were also very welcoming, and friendly with excellent service and attentiveness, the valets were really sweet, opened doors, made sure the car was nice and toasty when we got inside. Our Queen suite with two Queen beds, a huge bathrooom complete with a luxurious tub, separate huge closet and working area with desk and chair was beyond our expectations. Historic elegance meets modern comforts. You can’t go wrong staying at the Jefferson if you would like to be spoiled and pampered.

Great hotel, bathroom was was out dated

Booked this resort for a quiet getaway. However, both nights were not pleasant due to very noisy neighbors on both sides. Very loud with people shouting, music blasting, kids running and the walls are so thin that I could hear conversations. Also, the TV in the living area was tiny. It was actually the same size as the bedroom TV. Totally unacceptable for the price paid.
