Lizard Head Trail Honeymoon Vacations

Cute little motel. Hotel room itself could use improvement, adequate but I did not care for the dark walls at all. The darkness made it hard to find things in your luggage and such. Almost made me feel like I was staying in a basement. Depending on where your room is located, the parking lot may not be convenient. There is a very nice diner within a five minute walk for breakfast.

Room and bathroom was spotless. The building all interconnect without going outside. Excellent restaurant on site.

The hotel was lovely, and the room was a great size. It had a living room/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom area. My two complaints are 1) nowhere was it mentioned that their spa was closed for construction (the main reason we chose this resort was for the spa) adn 2) there was no mention of AC work being conducted. Woke up to a large crane lifting equipment to the roof right outside my window in addition to the text received the evening before that they will be entering my room to check the smoke detectors.

We were pleasantly surprised to find out I booked a townhome. It had stairs in the room! This was a nice addition to have a space for the kids and then a space for us adults.

View out the room window is impressive. Liked the location. Less busy than Sedona. Everything about our stay was very good

The room was spacious. We loved the fireplace. A very quaint property with lots of nice outdoor touches.
