Colombia Honeymoon Vacations

Swimming pool is not accessible (that should be part of hotel information). We asked for one hour additional for check out, front staff provided poor excuses not to give the additional hour. Staff who cleaned the room were excellent friendly and professional. Restaurant was good.

Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

A little old decoration. It needs renovation. The lights in the room were very dim. Breakfast was not great.

Clean rooms, amazing bed and pillows, great breakfast, delicious restaurant, a/c in rooms work great. They had construction going on early in the morning but once asked to stop they did & compensated us for the inconvenience. Can’t beat the location either! Overall my partner & I will be visiting again next time we come to visit the walled city! Thank you for having us Bastión

Only one negative thing was the internet was not stable at all. Every night, some party buses pass by until midnight with loud music. If you need good night sleep, you might need ear plugs.
