Beautiful hotel. Room/suite was perfect for me. Staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast the best I have had in a long time with good selection. Would hope to stay at this hotel again if I visit Brussels again. Would recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the room; but the staff was very responsive to our requests. This was a very unique experience with the animation theme, which we enjoyed. It was close to the train station which was helpful to us because we arrived on the Eurostar from Paris and needed to take the ICE/DB to Berlin. We walked and took the Metro to the city center every day.

Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. I was happy with the regulated temperature in the room, especially on the hot summer day when I visited Brussels. Overall, a comfortable stay and a reasonable hotel. Yes, the building and the rooms are a little run down, but they were well maintained nevertheless. It might not be as luxurious as other hotels with the same star rating, but for the price I paid, I thought it was very reasonable.

The check in staff were very rude and wanted everyone’s ID. This was very strange and never heard of this before. I checked in my luggage and they never could find it so I would have to go help. The elevators are extremely slow which caused a lot of frustration from everyone. The location is ideal but not sure this hotel meets Marriott standards.
