Family friendly hotel at perfect location.

Wonderful staff and beautiful hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I’m back. Going to recommend all of my family and friends to stay here too.

Our check in process was not smooth. Upon booking on Expedia I used the search parameters for 1 adult + 2 children. I booked a one bedroom suite knowing the pull out sofa will be used for my second child. I chose to add buffet breakfast as prompted when selecting the room. I paid EUR27 for the ‘add on’. Open arriving at the property I was told that Expedia confirmed a room for one adult only. No pull out was ready & they fixed. Breakfast was EUR16 and EUR8 for each child. I had to pay the extra for the children’s breakfast. I flagged to Expedia that this add on was based on my search parameters (including adding in each child’s age)and was their mistake that they didn’t engage at all. We tried to eat dinner at the restaurant and were treated very rudely by the restaurant staff. They did not seat us (you must check in at the restaurant reception) - we seated ourselves. We were not brought menus but after waiting 15 minutes were asked to then change tables. We left and ate at a lovely place 1km away from the hotel. The next morning I complained and they suggested the manager would come speak to us at breakfast. No one came. A real show of a lack of 5-star sensibility at a hotel. We were then told the kids breakfasts were complimentary. I insisted on paying on principal as I felt incredible disrespect by the lack of care of the hotel management. This property is well kept and should be great for families. Management and agency and care of staff is a huge miss.

Lovely hotel, very friendly, helpful, kind staff. Rooms, hotel reception, lounge area, restaurant, poolside all very clean & well kept. Great choice for breakfast, no bar as such though.. couldn't come back and sit and have a drink in the evening. We stayed for 4 nights and room cleaned, tidied every day. Thanks for a lovely stay

Staff were friendly and always with a smile. Great place for family with children. A big variety of food at breakfast and very clean. Looking forward for next year.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The location is excellent for exploring the Old Town, although there are quite a lot of steps up and down around the hotel, so guests with mobility issues may find this challenging. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to the Old Town until 5:30pm, and taxis are very reasonably priced, so getting around wasn’t an issue for us. Our room was very clean, with fresh towels changed daily, and the shower was excellent. The only real downside was the availability of sun loungers. There didn’t seem to be enough for the number of guests, and some were broken, which was a little disappointing. Overall, though, we had an excellent time. The hotel, location and cleanliness were all great, and we would happily return.

The hotel needs a makeover and a deep clean. Receptionist got the date of our ferry booking wrong. The booking was related to the roof top pool being closed (mid summer) so they ran a ferry to the beach as compensation. Fine if the date was right. The lobby WC was a mess in the morning when we were checking out. Bed linen seemed to have high man-made fibre % Fine if that's your thing.

The hotel was beautifully set up but to walk to the beach was over 100 steps. I do think people traveling with young children or elderly could struggle with getting down to the beach. Getting clean towels for the pool/beach was difficult. They said housekeeping would change them but for us we were already out of the room before they came. My daughter asked the front desk for new towels and she refused to give new even though there were a pile at the front desk. That being said we went 4 days with dirty sand towels. On day 5 we ran into housekeeping who let us swap them out.
