Fuerteventura Honeymoon Vacations

A very average stay. If you’re after a quiet, by the pool holiday and are fine with average quality accommodation at a cheap price, this is a great hotel choice for you. It’s very remote, the beach is a 20-25 minute walk away and everything we wanted to do was located a €80-€90 round trip away at the port. Our room was fine, but basic. It wasn’t cleaned for two days so we had to request this at reception when we found a cockroach in there. The food choice is good, although the pool bar choices are limited. A fair variety of drinks available throughout the day for the all inclusive drinks which were good and the choice of three pools were decent! Very little/to no entertainment - a lot of the guests said it was a boring place to stay and I agree. I wouldn’t return but if you like dipping in the pool and just reading a book, consider staying. Staff were fairly attentive.

We had a lovely experience at the R2 hotel. There was always space around the pool and it never felt overcrowded, having 2 meant there was a quieter space if you weren't interested in music or activities through the day. I was unwell during my stay and the hotel staff were super helpful in contacting a doctor for me, they couldn't have been more helpful. My only note would be that there isn't much around the hotel, if you're looking to explore on-foot at all - not an issue, but worth knowing if you were looking for something to do outside the hotel.

Hotel was very nice plus garden was brilliant and big pool. Location of the hotel was very good too.

So the facilities (breakfast, pool, access to beach etc) are all really good. Staff were excellent, as was the evening entertainment. The place does look good on the surface, but then you see it needs some TLC: pool ladders need fixing, elevators got stuck, sink plug lets water through, towel hooks spin around, finishing in disrepair etc. But on the whole it’s okay, and the location is very good w.r.t. local shops, bars restaurants etc. And for an extra €30/€50 they can extend check-out to 3.00 or 5.00 PM.

Very Nice location, direct access to the Beach. All the staff is fantastic from the réception to the restaurant The restaurant is good, offers Nice variety of food, that is changed over days and every evening a différent main plat Rooms are large and in good condition, everything worked, the shower is enormous. Only improvement could be a slightly softer bed (it is 2m wide) Sea view if a must have if you start here

Personnel très serviable, chambre tout confort. Buffet exceptionnel.

Fabulous Staff. Entertainment was excellent. Luca I think the guys name was, he really got the crowd going. Excellent location. Right next to the beach. Food was good.

Great staff, nice venue but getting a bit tired now. Not a 4 star by any means but a good 3. Food fairly tasty with a relatively good range. Very strongly catered for the eastern side of Europe but nice to try new things. Very close to the beach but it does have 106 steps to get down to it! Good leg work out for sure! Bars were clean and always well staffed with a broad range of drinks available. All the rooms were well positioned for the sea views and very good sized rooms will th full bath and shower.
