Just the staff was nice and food was ok

All the staff were very helpful and always went out to do that little bit extra for you. The rooms were clean and tidy and regularly attended to.

Hi I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott Putryana The staff were so very incredibly kind and friendly and were always there to help. The hotel is beautiful and very enjoyable in all ways It was relaxed and of a high level of service A unique combination The buffet breakfast was incredible The beds were comfortable and room always clean. We enjoyed dinners & desserts and the dessert chef spent time chatting with us about his incredible skills in creating delicious deserts And also the manager and the staff were so supportive & kind when I needed a doctor in the early hours of the morning just before leaving for my flight I could not believe how they made sure i received the medical care I needed Truely thankful Again I wish to say thank you to the management and the staff for their generosity and making me feel at home in such a magnificent hotel Kind regards to everyone at the Marriott

I was lucky to be the only one amongst the 4 of us that had a room booked to get a lovely view of the Petronas towers. Because everything else in the room was old and falling apart. The sockets were coming out of the wall, the bedding had holes and foundation stains in them, the bathroom had mold and paint coming off the ceiling. the shower door wouldn't close and it looked like it had grime all over the tiles and walls...it was probably bleached so badly the colour had gone. Bath mat did not get changed at all during my 7 night stay, no hand/face towels for the first few days, then changing them was hit and miss, and at some point they took them away and not replaced them...bath towels were really old, had gone from white to some dirty grey, again with holes in them and at some point when replaced they had hair from other people. It is a very convenient hotel if you have business going on in the centre, and the view I got was lovely, but that aside it needs some serious renovation.

My atay should have been almost perfect but one incident destroyed my experience with them. On my last night of stay, I saw the trash that I already put in the trash bin in the morning on top of the sink when upon my arrival in the hotel at night.
