The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. One of the highlights was the friendly and helpful staff—they were always available to answer questions and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Absolutely loved my stay here!
The staff was so friendly, quick to offer support and kind. The room was so cute and cozy. I loved the snacks available for purchase and the tv channels offered!
The complimentary breakfast was 10/10!!! I never felt the need to go to a cafe nearby. The morning breakfast and evening cookies sent to the room daily were such a good touch and offered that traditional customer service and care that I have missed a lot lately.
Lastly the location was 10/10! Nothing to note here. It's perfect for your stay at Carmel.
The only downside was no parking but it wasn't too hard to find. Overall, would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Pictures do not live up to the reality - the staff/team willingness and genuine intent to make every guest experience memorable is what makes this a truly world-class hotel! The cost is worth it.
