Barolo Wine Area Fishing Vacations

Good place for my one night stay. However, it was too close to a less desirable neighborhood.

Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

Good location close to the main station and near visitor attractions, shops and restaurants. Comfortable and newly refurbished with everything working well. Professionally managed. Quite a lot of street noise with the window open (but otherwise soundproof). Cooking facilites adequate but no more.

Night shift was super. The day shift, reception and breakfast staff should improve their behavior and respect towards the guests. Reception: Hard questions doesn't mean you should loose your patience; Breakfast staff: you should answer nice and politely to guests requests. Your personal problems/opinions are none of the guests' concern. Apart from the staff, the hotel is superb!
