(323 reviews) The staff who checked us in placed us in a wrong smaller room on the first night but day after Bianca moved us to the Deluxe room that we booked/paid for - thank you Bianca. Deluxe room is spacious, clean, quiet even though there’s a restaurant down below. Comfortable bed. Hotel has a lot of stairs, not suitable for those with mobility issues. We had an incident when the elevator door failed to open and for a few minutes we were stuck inside. Since then we did not use the elevator for the next two days. We will not stay in this hotel again for the reason that when we got stuck in the elevator and pressed the emergency call button nobody answered.
