Floors were never mopped and there were dust bunnies in all the corners. Kitchen was ok, but non stick pans were heavily scratched so we couldn’t use them. Can’t beat the beach view and the overall atmosphere of Captiva island. The accommodations by south seas were not up to par with what some other HOAs in south seas island can offer.
