Enjoyed the bar, staff & food. We wanted to sit outside though the patio overlooking the marina was being cleaned with a garden blower that had just commenced & should have been done well before the bar/cafe opened for happy hour, disappointed about that. Please put tile throughout the hallways to the rooms, so hard to handle luggage on that carpet. Other than those issues the room was nice & comfortable and appreciated the shuttle ride to the cruise port.

Every day went there was very polite. It’s great for kids. The pool is open till 10. The slides do close early though at 5 PM I think.

I truly enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the views out of my window! The proximity of the pier, the amazing sunrises and sunsets! April in Newport Beach was perfect! I kept the windows open and enjoyed all of the sounds! I found the place easily and the parking! I’m so glad I ignored some of the other reviews but I can imagine that if you are there during high tourist season, it’s a much different story! Also, the jacuzzi tub was fabulous! All in all 10/10 for my stay! It was exactly what I needed! Side note…Dory’s Deli in the morning is full of amazing locals…hearing people greet each other by name while you enjoy fabulous Coffee, food and people watch was one of my highlights Newport Coffee had amazing smoothies!
