South Texas Fishing Vacations

I’ve stayed many times here and it’s really looking run down. Dirty the bathroom was groß, the ceiling tiles were mold infested the spa tub jets were dark dirty moldy looking there was a cockroach laying dead by the toilet . The AC smelled moldy . Damp. The pool area was grubby it’s really looking run down overall it needs upgrading , power washing , painting , bathroom needs deep cleaning , the beed pest services I also found a may fly in the coffee area of the room . The bed was comfy as were the pillows and the price was cheap today . The breakfast was still nice with eggs and sausage cereal and the rest . That was appreciated and the front desk folks are nice and helpful. This place deserves an upgrade . I hope to come again next season and I hope it’s nicer .

My family and I absolutely loved the property. We have stayed at several spots over the years and this one will be one we return to. We especially loved the black cosmetic towels - that detail really matters when most use white cosmetic towels. The only complaint (if any) would be the beds are very very firm but the pull out couch was comfortable.
