Hard to find but a gem…. Great restaurants too with awesome views

The cafe was great and the staff were all so nice. Somehow they made the best bagels we’ve ever tasted (in addition to lots of other home baked goodies and coffee drinks). Location was a little far from the action but manageable. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet, clean, and comfy with a helpful staff.

The hotel is a bit dated - but well worth the convenience of proximity to the Shinkansen - a quick walk over a bridge to the hotel lobby. The room was quite roomy with an excellent breakfast including both western and Japanese options. There is also a quick walk over to the herb gardens and an enjoyable walk down to the port area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I loved Kobe and my stay at Ana Crown Plaza!

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Lacks a business centre. Would be useful if we can print items without having to email to the hotel
