The staff are excellent from the Bell hop to the Concierge! We were there for a special occasion and recieved a very nice bottle of wine to enjoy in our room. Also at the Bar while waiting for our room to be ready I ordered a couple scotch on the rocks and in conversation with the bartender mentioned it was our 47th anniversary with that he gave us a very nice pour! We enjoyed our stay and highly recomend the Monterey Plaza to all!
