The neighborhood was dirty and seedy.

Its a very nice 5star hotel on a nice area at Genova. Breakfast is good, rooms are very nice and clean. Parking costs around 35-40 euro per day! All though you can easily park outside of the hotel at blue zones for just 2euro per hour. Staff is friendly and nice except the receptionist that we had a bad moment with her. She gave us keys for another room not ours. We found out that, because we were waiting for our bags over 20min and when we asked where are they, they told us on another room than that we were to... If i havent asked about them we would still wait for em.... Unacceptable for a 5star hotel... And she said just a sorry. Nothing else..

5 minute walk from Principe train station. Great restaurants within walking distance. Super clean and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast and multi lingual staff who were polite and very professional
