Very clean room. Staff was very helpful. Only downfall was the elevator was not working 2 1/2 days. That is not good when you have a disability. The staff was very apologetic.

Great, small hotel near the centre of Paris. Wonderful staff who were really helpful. Room was good sized with a large bathroom, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet, but coffee, water and snacks were available all day and for free.

This is definitely not a 5 stars hotel by any means.
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is clean. No A/C in one of our rooms.
No one picks up the phone when calling from the room.
