Staff seemed overwhelmed. Needed to stay one more night due to travel/airline issues...was informed they'd do all possible to keep us in same room only to be told late the night before we had to leave.

This was such a great time! Room was clean, room service was amazing, the pools were great and the beachfront was nice! The staff was super friendly and fun as well!

The food was inconsistent and served cold most times unless it was cooked in front of you. Shrimp was not deveined at Dommo. The food at Lizo was the same as the food at the kids section of the buffet as is the room service.
The room was very nice and 99% of the staff are wonderful. We were in love with the resort for the first few days but then the cracks began to show. We have stayed at Excellence Punta Cana and Excellence El Carmen and right now we do not think we would return to Finest.
