We love Love Loved Hotel Covington! We were there for a wedding which was Amazing fun venue! We loved our Corner room floor to ceiling windows and dark and dreamy vibe! Room was Clean and Kept! EVERYONE was Friendly and helpful from Check in to Bartender snd Valet! Great stay!

The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our reservation was a party of 2 with a 6 party posted limit. We had to contact customer service because the host encouraged us to cancel via the app due not being a “good fit” for this protected community. I would be mindful of hosts who charge outrageous security deposits for short stays. I would not recommend this property. There are other great places nearby and more friendly who offer more amenities.

Traveled with my wife and kids from Chicago to watch a bears vs bengals game the hotel was nice and clean,the receptionist what very helpful Had a lot of issues with the parking garage key and cherry on top the lady that’s in the parking garage was very rude and treated me like if I was dumb her job is to help us and was nothing but rude I did let the nice reception girl know about the girl in red shirt overall the hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the garage key and garage lady not sure if I would be back there 8-22-26
