Les chambres extérieures sont très médiocres. Très vielles. Et les planchers sont presque dangereux car le plancher flottant est tout brisée. Aucune ventilation dsns la salle de bain. On a du changer la chambre 3 fois pour problème de chauffage qui fonctionnait en permanence The outside rooms are very poor. Very old. And the floors are almost dangerous because the laminate flooring is completely broken. No ventilation in the bathroom. We had to change rooms three times because the heating was constantly running.

We got off the ship early 9:00, and had a 18 month baby with us , we didn’t get into our room until 2:00. I understand they were short staffed but I would have got our room cleaned and waited on other rooms.
