8.2/10 Very good! (227 reviews)
Clean room, comfortable and lots of space, however we had a complicated check in (may have been on us, but there was confusion) not many amenities and very scary elavator.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (100 reviews)
Far from a five-star experience.
The restaurant and kitchen are on the fifth floor. My first two nights on the fourth floor felt like sleeping inside the kitchen, with noise from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. I moved to the third floor for the final two nights, but a 90-person party upstairs blasted music until midnight, making my room feel like a nightclub.
Staff seemed very accustomed to these noise complaints, yet dismissed mine, saying “That’s impossible” or “I can’t hear anything.” They appeared unable to resolve the issue and avoided eye contact.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a five-star experience.
