This hotel is comfortable and clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very near the central train station. While our room was spacious and comfortable, the door to an adjoining suite allowed so much noise - we could hear the neighbours as if they were in our room. Additionally, we were given a mini-bar price list, but no actual fridge in the room. They also have a rule of not bringing any food back to your room! The safe also did not work. There was a split of AC/heat, a large closet and desk. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast started at 8am. It consisted of very tasty pastries, yoghurt, and cereal in a nicely decorated room by reception. I would recommend the hotel as a clean, comfortable place to stay but definitely minimalist. And perhaps other rooms are better sound-proofed than ours was...

What a stunning hotel, we loved our stay at the Belair in Sorrento. Little touches such as email correspondence enquiring our purpose for the stay. A 30th celebration for my son and reassurance the Belair staff would do all possible to make his birthday a memorable one. All the staff we found exceptionally helpful and kind, in particular the Restaurant Female Manager personally enquired about our daily plans and voiced genuine concern for my son's foot injury which he really appreciated. A surprise chocolate birthday cake at breakfast was a nice touch and happy birthday sung by the breakfast staff too. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned twice daily. We had a beautiful terrace each with spectacular views over Sorrento Town and Vesuvius. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to look back onto Sorrento and this did not dissapoint. We walked into town in the evenings and there is a bus stop directly outside which we used for the train/bus station and Marina Piccola. We all wholeheartedly recommend the Belair, we appreciated it's peaceful serenity and the genuine warmth and kindness of it's staff. Thank you Belair.

Tucked away just minutes from the main piazza, this charming boutique hotel offered the perfect mix of elegance, comfort, and that laid-back Capri magic. From the moment we arrived, Carmen and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—true lifesavers when it came to coordinating our luggage transfer and arranging ferry tickets. Traveling around Capri can be a bit hectic, but thanks to them, everything felt smooth and easy. It was that kind of attentive, thoughtful service that takes a stay from great to unforgettable. Our room was stylish and serene, with its own quaint garden patio—the perfect spot for a quiet morning espresso or a wind-down after a day of exploring. And don’t even get us started on the pool—an absolutely gorgeous, peaceful oasis. If you're looking for a boutique hotel that captures the charm of Capri while making you feel completely taken care of, Villa Certosa is it. Was gifted a bottle of prosecco for the stay! Classy, clean and beautiful decor. A short walk from the pier with the friendliest staff and area that anyone could ask for. We were treated like family where hospitality was a priority; even when I couldn’t sleep the night staff helped me fix my ferry tickets online at an off time at night. I greatly appreciated the staff, commencement to Marianna upstairs with breakfast to the kind woman that brought me towels! This was an A plus experience do not pass it up. Gracie
