While not a high end property, I would go back. There were issues with the TV and we couldn't adjust the temperature but we loved the small group, family vibe. The food was ok, but good value considering. The staff was great. Loved the location.

The property is an hour drive from the Nadi airport. The property is excellent and everyone is very friendly. The beach is beautiful especially when you experience the sandbar. The only downside is the limited restaurants in the property. I suggest looking into expanding the dining options considering it’s hard to commute to town just to have Dinner in Port Denerau. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the spa amenities.

What a wonderful stay at the Wellesley! From the moment we arrived all we felt was relaxation, with the amazing staff taking care of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful vacation. We had a fantastic stay on the island. It was so relaxing, yet there were enough activities that we could take part in on the island - snorkelling, weaving, coconut cooking classes, crab cooking classes, medicine nature walk, line fishing, banana boat rides, kayaking, lounging on the hammock, karaoke, kava tasting etc.. The evening shows were fantastic. The staff were super friendly, everyone is considered part of family. The food was authentic Fijian, including being cooked in the ground on hot rocks - lovo. There is nothing better than being on an island relaxed Fiji style, meters from the beach and warm water.
